1. 처리하는 정보
- 계정 정보: Game Center 플레이어 식별자 또는 게스트 기기 식별자, 내부 계정 식별자, 닉네임
- 게임 정보: 저장 데이터, 진행도, 인벤토리와 재화, 퀘스트와 업적, 랭킹, 이벤트 참여 및 채팅 내용
- 결제 정보: 상품·스토어·거래 식별자, 영수증 검증 정보, 구매·환불·아이템 지급 기록
- 기술 및 보안 정보: IP 주소, 기기 모델, 운영체제, 앱 버전, 언어와 플랫폼, 오류·충돌·성능 및 부정 이용 탐지 정보
- 분석·광고·알림 정보: 앱과 광고의 상호작용, 설치 또는 기기 식별자, 푸시 토큰과 수신 설정, IP 주소로 추정된 대략적 위치
- 문의 정보: 이용자가 자발적으로 제공한 이메일, 문의 내용과 계정·기기·결제 증빙
채팅에 작성한 내용은 다른 이용자에게 공개될 수 있습니다. 이 웹사이트 접속 시 보안과 운영을 위한 접속 시각, IP 주소 및 브라우저 정보가 서버 로그에 기록될 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 목적
계정과 게임 저장, 랭킹·채팅·결제·고객지원 제공, 선택적 푸시 알림, 서비스 분석과 개선, 광고 제공, 부정 이용과 결제 사기 방지 및 법적 의무 이행을 위해 이용합니다.

4. 보관 및 계정 삭제
정보는 서비스 제공과 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 계정 삭제 시 계정 이용을 중단하고 주요 서비스 식별자를 가명처리하며 랭킹 정보를 삭제합니다. 결제·환불·보안·감사 및 채팅 기록은 법적 의무, 분쟁 처리와 서비스 보호를 위해 필요한 기간 동안 별도로 보관될 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
앱의 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청하거나 고객지원 이메일로 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 관계 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 보안상 필요한 기록은 즉시 삭제되지 않을 수 있으며, 그 사유를 안내합니다.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 접근권한 관리, 전송구간 암호화, 접근기록과 보안 이벤트의 관리 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 적용합니다.

- Game information: saved game data, progress, inventory, currencies, quests, achievements, rankings, event participation, and chat content

- Technical and security information: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, platform, crash, error, performance, integrity, and fraud-prevention information
- Analytics, advertising and notification information: app and ad interactions, installation or device identifiers, push tokens and preferences, and approximate location inferred from IP address
- Support information: email address, inquiry content, and account, device, or purchase evidence voluntarily provided by the user
Messages posted in chat may be visible to other users. When this website is accessed, server logs may record the access time, IP address, and browser information for security and operation.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide accounts, game saves, rankings, chat, purchases and support; send optional notifications; analyze and improve the service; provide advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; resolve disputes; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers and International Processing
Services used in connection with the app may include Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Technologies, Apple Game Center, StoreKit and APNs, NHN AppGuard, and Amazon Web Services. Information may be processed over encrypted networks on our servers in Korea, AWS servers in Tokyo, Japan, and infrastructure operated globally by these providers. Only information needed for the relevant service is processed, for as long as necessary for the purpose or required by law.
4. Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When an account is deleted, access is disabled, primary service identifiers are pseudonymized, and ranking records are deleted. Purchase, refund, security, audit, and chat records may be retained separately where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service protection.
5. Your Choices and Rights
You may request account deletion in the app’s Settings or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Certain records may not be deleted immediately where retention is required by law or for security, and we will explain the applicable reason.
